A postcard from Ghana - Team Honk, Good Work

Hi

Here it is!!!  Your photo from Ghana.

This school is on the edge of a slum in Accra.  A slum that is home to 75,000 people.   All of whom that we saw waved, high fived us, and wanted to show us their homes.   The school has 250 pupils ranging from 2 to 16 and was started 10 years ago.

This is a digital postcard sent from TeamHonk (www.mammasaurus.co.uk; www.aresidence.co.uk; www.mummybarrow.com) during their travels with Comic Relief in Ghana celebrating #goodwork.
For the past 25 years the money raised through Red Nose Day has been changing the lives of the poorest and most disadvantaged people in the UK and Africa. Let’s Keep Up the Good Work. Find out how at rednoseday.com
For other digital postcards please do check out the linky on www.teamhonk.org

Thank you so much Guys!!!

  1. Could you possibly imagine Davina McCall coming and sitting in your school? I doubt the kids would be sitting so nicely like that - they'd be bouncing off the walls. So inspirational. So positive so well-behaved. Look at the smile on Davina's face - what an experience.
