Last Friday, I took a positive step towards losing weight that I have gained form having the children and an under-active thyroid. I started Weight Watchers. I really want to lose 24lbs by the 24th December, and I am BEYOND HAPPY to say that this week, I have lost 4lbs!!!!!!!!!!!
So, how did I do that and how did I find it?
I have a daily ProPoint allowance and a rather swanky app on my phone that allows me to track everything I am eating and drinking. Obviously my phone is always with me and so I am able to track what and when I am consuming which means there is no room for error.
I have to be honest, I am still not 100% sure I am using the app properly, I feel as if I am just scratching the surface so I have set myself the following mini goals for this week:
1) Become more competent at using the app
2) Cook from the weight watchers cook book
3) Aim for a 2lb weight loss
4) Drink more water
I think having mini goals are good. Have you set yourself any?
