Top Tips for Toning your body at Home

Here are some exclusive tips from Davina for working out at home, if you can commit to doing just 3 of these a week, you'll see a difference in the levels of body tone and over time, you'll be able to increase the amount of what you can and can't do!

  1. I hate squats almost as much as I hate ironing so not much hope of number one happening in this house LOL! Might skip straight to number two ;)

  2. I need to tone up! Not sure I'll manage to do any of that, just pelvic floor excercice is hard enough to remember. What about you?
